Terms of payment
Payment can be made:
• by bank transfer only in EURO or USD (all bank transfers are to be made before May, 30, 2016);
• in cash in rubles or EUR and USD or by credit cards (Visa/Mastercard only)
To make a bank transfer please request your invoice before May, 10, 2016 and make payment of 100 % of the price of the ordered services within 2 days of the date of the invoice and no later than May, 30, 2016.
Please do not forget that all bank charges are on the customer’s expense.

Cancellation policy
| Cancellation before August, 10, 2016 | No penalty |
| Cancellation after August, 10, 2016 | Penalty 100% of the price of the ordered services. Cancellation of rooms/days/number of guests is not accepted. |
The Organizing Committee does not take any responsibility for extra services of the hotels (mini bar, telephone, parking, etc.) Please be ready to provide your personal credit card during check-in to guarantee any possible extra services Early check-in (before 12:00pm) is subject to room availability at the hotels.
Check-out time in all hotels — 12:00 p.m. on the day of the departure – as it is internationally usual.
