The applicants will be able to obtain a regular Russian visa at Russian Consulate in any country regardless of their citizenship.
From 25 June till 10 July 2016 NFs should fill up DRAGON 2016 VISA APPLICATION FORM and send it with scanned copies of of a main page of a valid passport to OC.
